We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure we have your specific colors in stock. For weekends during peak season (May-Sept), 2 months is safer.
Do you return to take the balloons down?
"Strike" service is included in our 'Takeover' package and available as an add-on for others. Otherwise, the balloons are yours to keep or pop!
Are the balloons biodegradable?
Yes! We use 100% natural latex balloons which are biodegradable. We do not support balloon releases and always ensure responsible disposal.
What if it rains for my outdoor event?
We strongly recommend having a Plan B indoor location. Balloons oxidize (turn matte) in sun and can be damaged by wind/rain. We cannot refund for weather-related issues once installed.
